Filtration Plant offered come in superior stainless steel construction finish with use of 316 grade piping support for lasting performance. The superior construction values of these plants allow them to achieve high desalinization ratio of 99% as well as water recovery of 70%.

•     The Filteration Plant has a multiple layers of sand media with different sizes. In this raw water flows down through the filter bed. The media has special surface properties due to which the small colloidal particles get attached to the surface.

The Filteration Plant is designed for a MAXIMUM load of 50 NTU turbidity to produce outlet water of less than 5 NTU turbidity. It removes particulate turbidity of > 40 microns. However, should the turbidity increase more than 50 NTU at the inlet of the filter, OR particulate   size required is less than 40 microns, coagulant chemicals will have to be added prior to MGF with sufficient retention time.

To assist in cleaning the bed, the backwash operation is often preceded by air agitation through the under drain system.

The process of air scouring agitates the sand with a scrubbing action, which loosen the intercepted particles.

The filter is now ready to be put back into service.

We are engaged in designing high-grade Filtration Plant that is made from quality raw materials. It treats raw water, which contains undesirable sediments, color, algae and other harmful organisms. Thus, provides safe water for drinking. In this, PAC is injected into the water to absorb odors and toxic compounds produced by the algae followed by the conventional process, which removes it. The mixture of water and chemicals is strongly agitated in a second time before being distributed by a channel into one of the three flocculation tanks. Here, large horizontal paddles rotate slowly to encourage the flocculation to form and grow bigger. From the flocculation tanks, the water moves into the sedimentation tanks. As the filtration plant slows down these tanks, the large particles settle to the floor under gravity. We offer these in three major types, which are grey water treatment plant, iron removal filter plant and cartridge filter plant.
